At The Cub, we believe that a child is far more than a diagnosis, a report, or a set of developmental milestones. We are a multidisciplinary centre for children and adolescents, founded on a simple but radical observation: that in our current system, children are often labelled before they are truly looked at.
Kiran Rana is not a clinician. She is a mother.
And sometimes, that is exactly the right person to build something the world is missing.
She has three children. Her middle child, now almost 10, is neurodivergent. Getting her the care she needed meant travelling across the world, navigating systems that simply did not exist in Delhi.
What Kiran found abroad changed her daughter's life. A child who was told that she could not talk or walk is today happy, playful, and thriving.
She came back with a clear mission: bring those best practices home.
With a BSc. in Business Management and the lived experience of a parent who refused to give up, Kiran built The Cub with both heart and structure.
A space where neurodivergent and neurotypical children are met with expertise, warmth, and the belief that every child has the ability to grow.
She brings to The Cub what no degree can teach. Lived understanding, relentless drive, and a refusal to accept "there is nothing we can do."
In her own words: "There is always a solution if you can turn the problem upside down."
At The Cub, we bring together highly qualified experts in psychology, speech & language therapy, occupational therapy, science and special education to derive profound insights into each child’s development, ensuring every intervention is as precise as it is effective.
Our approach begins with careful observation and genuine partnership. By looking beyond the label, we create personalised, evidence-informed support that helps children build confidence and independence-at home, in school, and in the quiet moments of everyday life.
Because we know that when a child is truly understood, progress follows naturally.
