Saanchi is a Special Educator with B.Ed. in Special Education, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder. She holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and a Bachelor’s in Arts in English, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Commerce. She is CTET qualified with a score of 107/150, trained to teach both neurodivergent and neurotypical children, with her pedagogy focus spanning English and Social Science. Her practice centres on evidence-based, individualised approaches, drawing on strategies including differentiated instruction, IEP development. 

Over the years, Saanchi has worked across a range of educational settings, including Action for Autism, Sunrise Learning Special School, Sanskriti School, Gyan Bharati School and Laxman Public School. This breadth of experience - spanning specialised autism intervention centers as well as mainstream school environments - has given her a well-rounded understanding of inclusive education and how to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Her interdisciplinary academic background, combining commerce, humanities, and special education, further strengthens her ability to connect with students across varied learning styles.

Saanchi currently serves as a Special Educator at The Cub, where she continues to bring her expertise in ASD-focused pedagogy to support students’ academic and developmental growth. She is committed to fostering supportive learning environments that help every child reach their full potential.
